Inter School Activities In December

• Calcutta International School Fest (CONFLUENCE). Our school won the overall runner up trophy. 1st prize in Quiz & 2nd prize in football, chess ,wall art, Western  music & Orchestra.
• Debate Colloquium 2015: "Life beyond school", was hosted by our school in association with Calcutta Debating Circle. There were participants from Oxford University, the London School of Economics, the University of Toronto, Cambridge University, IBA Karachi, NSU Dhaka, and Christ Law University (our very own ex-student Akansha Maria Paul) & schools such as La Martiniere for Boys, La Martiniere for Girls, Birla High School, St. Xavier’s Collegiate School, and THS.
•  “The Hindu in School Quiz 2015” at Presidency University,  Kolkata. One of our teams reached the second round.
• Shree krishna Agarwal of class 5 & Srija Bandyopadhay ofclass 7 took part in The Future Foundation School Fest in the solo violin playing category .  Shree krishna was awarded the 1st prize in the junior category.
• Essay writing competition jointly organized by The Hindu and Camlin. Srived  Mazumdar of class 8E got a consolation prize.
• Students of classes 7 and 8 participated in a state level competition (a project on a good deed during the Durga puja) jointly organized by HP& TTIS. The project of Akansha Paul (Class 7A) was adjudged one of the 12 best projects.
• She received a medal, certificate and a HP printer.
