In consonance with the vision of the school which proposes to prepare dynamic and caring citizens who will meet the challenges of a global society, we commenced the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in the year 2012. The programme has opened up an array of possibilities before students to explore the world beyond the peripheries of the class room. The research based curriculum focuses on developing various attributes in a student that seem to be in perfect sync with our vision and mission. IBDP, as a curriculum has already received wide acceptance from the knowledge community world over because it focuses not just on ‘what’ one learns but also explores the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ behind it. It purports to develop that quintessential spirit of inquiry that is a prerequisite for independent learning and enables young students to explore knowledge in a holistic way.
