FAQs on AATMAN Scholarship:

1. What are the eligibility criteria for taking the AATMAN Scholarship examination? Any student currently enrolled in Class VIII or Class X from any board is eligible to take the examination. Consequently, the student will be required to submit the marksheet of Class VIII or Class X before admission is granted.
2. What is the duration of the examination? Class IX: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Class XI: Science: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Commerce: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
3. What are the subjects to be assessed? Class IX – English, Mathematics, Science and HCG (History, Civics, Geography) Class XI (Science) – English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics (Commerce) – English, Mathematics and Social Studies
4. For how long will the scholarship continue? The scholarship will continue for two years, provided the student continues to excel academically and participates in all The Heritage School events enthusiastically.
5. As an examinee and where should I report? Please enter through Gate No. 3 of The Heritage School and report to the reception at 8.30am.
6. What should the examinee carry? The examinee should carry pens, pencils and a geometry box in a transparent pouch. No mobile phones, smart watches or calculators are allowed in the examination hall.
7. Do examinees need to carry food? No, Vegetarian Food Packets will be provided to students during the break between the exams.
8. Can NRI students apply? Yes.
9. Can siblings of current students at The Heritage School apply? Yes.
10. Does the school provide hostel facilities? No.
11. When will the result be declared?
The result of the written examination will be declared on Wednesday, 4th December 2024.
This will be followed by an interview, the date of which will be intimated later. The student will be required to come to the school for an interview, accompanied by both parents.
12. Will an examinee be eligible for admission to The Heritage School if he/she does not qualify for a scholarship?
Yes, provided the student meets the minimum academic percentage and criteria set by the school. This will be followed by an interview of the student, accompanied by both parents.
