International School Award
In the academic year 2008-2009, The Heritage School worked for the British Council International School Award. The school established links with 22 schools in 16 countries and worked on internet-based projects and exchanged hand-written letters and creative work with children across the world. Themes were wide-ranging and covered all subjects in the curriculum. Mathematics, for instance, was fun for the students when they were given to calculate the festival expenses in India! We won the ISA for successfully integrating internationalism into our curriculum.
